BACKGROUND In 1987 (when Q was just 12 years old), the CIA attempted to recruit him into most lethal pedophile terrorism mafia on Earth known as the American School of Tangier (AST). The kids of the school have nothing to do with AST's Board of Directors, which is the group where the terrorism conspiracy is based. After Q completed his first semester of the 7th Grade at the school, the Headmaster of the school, Joseph McPhillips, attempted to sexually molest him. Q and his father reported the assault, but the highest levels of the Moroccan & American governments acted to cover it up. Q immediatly returned to Queens, NYC (Q-Boro) to begin his training with Spaghetti Park in preparation for his return to Morocco 20 years later to bring justice to Joe. On June 11th, 2007, Q infiltrated Joe's house on Old Mountain Road and ghosted him by introducing him to a flight of stairs where gravity beat him to death as punishment for his crimes against children. AST retaliated for McPhillip's death by orchestrating a smear campaign falsely accusing Q of numerous felony crimes to include "illegal surveillance of private emails and computers" and plotting "terrorism" against their little mafia school (while continuing coverup of the McPhillips scandal the entire time). When Q refused to be intimidated by their false claims and illegal threats, AST then filed an official false terrorism complaint with the King of Morocco. Q was exonerated of the charges in Morocco and returned to USA to sue these gremlins in Wilmington, Delaware, where they begged for the lawsuits to be withdrawn by paying Q a six-figure financial settlement as part of their plot to coverup the scandal prior to the 2012 election (just like Trump paid Stormy Daniels a six-figure settlement to coverup his scandals prior to the 2016 election). They also made promises to fix certain scandals as part of these agreements and then broke their promises (to instead try to violently install their operatives into the office of the US Presidency). The "Rated G" version of the dispute then resulted in an illegal election-rigging conspiracy run by CIA & FBI which took place in full view of the public from 2012-2020 (and continues into 2024).

The Board of Directors for AST is comprised of numerous government mafia kingpins to include Frank G. Wisner II, who is the son of the co-founder of the CIA, Frank Gardiner Wisner. Frank Gardiner Wisner is also the godfather of the illegal KRONOS high-technology program (a messianic offshoot of the DARPA Agency) and other CIA black-ops to include MK Ultra, Bluebird, Mockingbird, Artichoke. As a result of Q's dispute with AST, he was eventually made a principle target of their KRONOS high-technology program after successfully investigating numerous unprecedented scandals resulting from their illegal conspiracy against mankind (the most lethal being the 911 scam and related coverup of ESP aka "remote viewing," Astral projection, Telekinesis and advanced mathematics that support these inert capabilities of the male human brain). Ronald Reagan was the first US President to allude to the existence of the KRONOS high-technology program in a speech given to the UN General Assembly on September 21st, 1987 (the same month Q was lured into enrolment at AST).

Q started public reporting on The Q-Boro Investigation in January 2013 by publishing a whistleblower website (Spaghettigate) at MarkShermanSimpson.com (and a corresponding steganography-coded website for the hacker community at CryptoMedia.com) declaring that Hillary Clinton was running a pedomafia affiliated with a popular restaurant in Morocco. The FBI illegally kidnapped Q in March 2016 to bring down his websites in September 2016, and then a copycat "pedo-hoax" surfaced in October 2016 called "Pizzagate" alleging that Hillary Clinton was running a pedomafia affiliated with a popular restaurant in Washington DC.
